添加通用JSON解析函数，在多个提供者（OpenRouter、LM Studio、Index-TTS、Player2 Speech）的API调用中统一处理响应解析，避免因无效JSON或空响应导致的崩溃。同时为聊天输入框添加ID和name属性以改善可访问性。

fix(i18n): escape curly braces in ACT docs to fix build error ( #997 )

The ACT JSON format documentation in locale files contained unescaped curly braces, which caused vue-i18n compilation to fail with 'SyntaxError: 2'. This commit escapes these characters to fix the production build.
